Organizing a camp requires planning and coordination to ensure a safe and enriching experience. Some of the points to keep in mind are:
- Select the appropriate location and facilities.
- Provide a balanced diet, taking into account possible allergies or special dietary needs
- Select a team of qualified monitors.
- Prepare a detailed, balanced schedule of activities that combines games, educational activities, sports, and free time.
- Take out civil liability and accident insurance, according to the provisions of regional regulations.

According to regional decree
Accident coverage
- Healthcare and medical-surgical assistance, a maximum of 12 months, up to €6,000
- Compensation for absolute and partial disability as a result of an accident up to €6,500
- Compensation for death as a result of an accident up to €5,000
- In the case of children under 14 years of age, the insurance, of €3,010, must be used to cover funeral expenses.
- Medical and surgical assistance for non-traumatic accidental injuries (NTA) such as fibrillar or tendon rupture with a time limit of up to 365 days from the date of the accident.
- Expenses due to breakage of hearing aids and/or glasses caused by the accident.
- Compensation for orphanage as a result of the sports accident.
