- Plan it well and coordinate with local authorities.
- Make sure you have all the permits and take out civil liability and accident insurance according to regional regulations.
- Avoid using flammable materials in costumes and floats. Remember that these must comply with safety regulations.
- Implement measures to control the influx of public and avoid dangerous crowds.
- Inform participants and the public of safety rules, routes and any changes to the initial program.

According to regional decree
Accident coverage
- Healthcare and medical-surgical assistance, a maximum of 12 months, up to €6,000
- Compensation for absolute and partial disability as a result of an accident up to €6,500
- Compensation for death as a result of an accident up to €5,000
- In the case of children under 14 years of age, the insurance, of €3,010, must be used to cover funeral expenses.
- Medical and surgical assistance for non-traumatic accidental injuries (NTA) such as fibrillar or tendon rupture with a time limit of up to 365 days from the date of the accident.
- Expenses due to breakage of hearing aids and/or glasses caused by the accident.
- Compensation for orphanage as a result of the sports accident.
